Suggest Remedy For Phlegm In Throat

hi doctor, am 25 yrs old Lab technologist,in the resent past like a month,i have had phlegm in my throat which makes me clear throat whenever i speak, today i performed gram stain and AFB staining of the mucus but it had no microorganisms. i observed pus cell about 5-8/HPF.
What is the indication?

Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having chronic pharyngitis giving this problem.
Due to pharyngitis there might be having some irritation giving this feeling.
Go for one antibiotic medicine course like Azithromicin or amoxicilin for 5 days.
Do antiseptic water gargles daily.
Avoid cod drinks, junk food.
Give rest to vocal cord.
Ok and take care.
