Suggest Remedy For Phlegm Struck In The Throat

Hi I have flum which is struck in throat and it is not coming out..its too much irritation while swallow.. Also sometimes while couch or sneezing I m getting out fl lumps little by little..not completely its coming out..pls help me to get relief from this.. Thanks

Phlegma in throat is mucus stuck in throat, you can have lemon tea with a tablespoon of honey , it will dissolve mucus, you can have steam inhalation and drink plenty of warm water.
