Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
You have pigmentation and itching on hands and back from long time. You consult the dermatologist for the perfect diagnosis and proper treatment. I feel that probably you may be having eczema due to some allergens.. After thorough examination and investigations you may be given antihistaminics and oral steroids in tapering doses. Apply mild steroid cream on affected areas.. Avoid food like fish, cows milk, soya protein, banana , eggs, fermented foods, etc. it may take long time to recover.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
