Dermatologist 's  Response
Hello,

Welcome and thanks for posting your query tot the forum. I can understand your concern for pigmentation on face, neck and back. There could be multiple causes of the pigmentation and most commonly it can be reated to either lichen planus pigmentosus or psudoacnthosis nigircans.
In my patients I do a thorough general examination of the patients to get the exact cause of the pigmentation. I use either kojic acid or glycolic acid as the main treatment modality to reduce the pigmentation. I also suggest to use a sunscreen locally for two times a day.
You can meet a dermatologist and take complete guidance for the same.
All the best.
