Suggest Remedy For Pigmentation Problem

My body has turned dark since I gained a lot of weight. A few doctors recommended the sleeve. I pan on doing this but my hyperpigmentation is a real bother... I am trying to bleach my entire body. I have a little vitiligo on my feet areas and a little on the stomach. Mostly my brothers have it. What do doctors prescribe to bleach the body and how long does it take. I want to research the name of the drug.
