Suggest Remedy For Pimple Like Bumps On My Skin

I keep getting Pimple like Bumps on my skin in the same spots and one on my back that looks like a Boil almost. There is a Huge bump underneath the spot on my back and when you squeeze it only clear fluid and blood come out. I also have a a spot on my inner right thigh that feels like a bruise but no Bruise signs seen. It hurts when I touch it and I have noticed under my Right Arm Pit my Lympnoids are swollen and have been for about a month. I do have Genital Herpies and have for 12 Years; I do not take any meds for it and usually only have one to 2 Outbreaks a year. I currently take 2 ( 30mg Roxicet ) a day for Chronic pain in my back. But ever since I started taking the Pain Meds 3 Years ago I keep having Pimple like Bumps show up on my Butt Cheeks, back, and inside my earlobes along with sometimes on my face. What is causing all this cause I have had my blood checked for infections and Virus and none are found. Also my Liver Functions are normal. I think this is because of the Pain Meds cause this all did not start until I started taking the Pain Meds; but my doctor says no. However I think my doctor is wrong because know my body and I just want to feel normal again and not tired and run down feeling all the time and Boil like bumps popping up leaving bad scars once they heal and the Bumps also take really long time to heal from 3 to 4 Months.

Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have pimple like bumps on your skin which could be due to excessive exposure to sun leading to post inflammatory hyper-pigmentation. It could be due to stress, hormonal imbalance, dehydration as well. Formation of pus and boil type appearance is due to bacterial infection of lesion. I would suggest you to wash area with plain water three times a day. Apply Clindamycin gel on it. You should not prick or touch pimples , exfoliate your skin to remove dead skin and bacteria's. You should apply vitamin C serum at night. Visit dermatologist once and get it examined. Start treatment after proper diagnosis is made out. Doctor may prescribe antibiotics , isotretinoin containing ointment or procedures like chemical peel or microdermabrassion. Avoid exposure to sunlight. Avoid stress. Take supplements rich in vitamin B12. You should drink plenty of water.

Hope your concern has been resolved.
