Suggest Remedy For Pimple Like Bumps On The Penis

hello, I am making an attempt to stop masturbating because I have been doing it for many years now. There are these little pimple-like bumps on my penis. They are on the under side and starting to come up to the front side. I am afraid this is hazardous to my health and for possible sexual partners. what can I do to remoce them?

Hi.
As per your case history you are having either herpes genitals or fungal infection (balanitis)
My treatment advice is -
1. Avoid using soap or any antiseptic lotion like Dettol on that part.
2. Apply a mild antibiotic cream like fusiderm cream twice daily on it.
3. Take an antihistamine medication like levocetrizine for itching.
4. Other treatment options are oral fluconazole, ketoconazole, acyclovir taken only after consulting a dermatologist.
