Suggest Remedy For Pimple Like Growth On Nipple

I found what looks like a white head pimple on the very tip of my left nipple .I have tried to squeeze it to pop it and would not pop . ive poked at it with needle and only blood comes out.should I be worried ? should I consult my physician? its been there for a week now.

It may be milia. You consult the dermatologist for the firm diagnosis.

I would suggest..

- rupturing with needle and to extract white keratin material
Or
- electrocautery under local anaesthesia
