Hello and welcome to HCM,
Development of pimples/ acne after blood transfusion is co-incidental.
Blood transfusion is not known to cause development of pimples/ acne.
Acne can develop at any age but most common during adolescence and early adulthood.
Acne can caused by hormonal imbalance and get infected also.
Thus, pimples should not be touched frequently.
You need to consult a skin specialist for clinical assessment and thus treatment of the pimples.

Thanks and take care
