Suggest Remedy For Pimples Along With Black And Red Spots On Face
Sir I have many pimples on my face and some black and red spots also. My skin type is oily. I take neem powder daily in the night. Sir but it couldn t work? Can u help me? I try many creams and soap but no results I found. Please suggest me what can I do

Understanding your concern. As per your query you pimples along with black and red spots on face which could be due to post inflammatory hyper-pigmentation, hormonal changes, stress, clogging of pores of sebaceous glands, excessive exposure to sun. The sun act as a trigger factor for melanocytes to produce melanin pigment that causes black spots. I would suggest you to use face wash with benzoyl peroxide as a ingredients. Give cold compresses to skin for 10 minutes twice a day. You should take antibiotic like minocycline 50 mg daily in morning. Apply broad spectrum sunscreen with SPF 15 which going outside in sun exposure. For black spots tranexamic acid tablet is very helpful. If condition persist for more then a month . Then consult dermatologist for proper evaluation and rule out other causes. Doctor may prescribe hydroquinone cream. He/she may also prescribe antibiotics course or recommend procedure like dermabrassion for dark and red spots.
