Suggest Remedy For Pimples Clumped Together On Inner Thigh

I have some pimples that are kinda clumped together on my inner left thigh. They were jus small and separate yesterday but now r kinda bigger and together. They are soft and just a little tender to the touch. Please give me your opinion on this!!!! Help!!!

Hi

The lesions you have developed might be due to folliculitis or they could even be due to herpes infection .
Folliculitis is the infection of hair follicles which can present with painful red inflamed lesions ,
Herpes can present with development of grouped painful blisters ,
So you can apply a topical antibiotic cream over the lesions . Folliculitis lesions tend to heal with topical antibiotics,else see s specialist
