Suggest Remedy For Pimples On Forehead And Chin

Hi,I'm 22 years old,female.I live in a tropical island so there's always lot of sun.Since adolescence I've been having few pimples on forehead mostly,chin,nose.I think I've an hyperpigmented skin as all pimples when turn to scars its quite impossible to get rid of them.Please advise what to use ti prevent this.I've bought some expensive beauty products but nothing really seems to work.
