Suggest Remedy For Pimples On Penis

Hello my names dominic, on the outside of the penis (shaft) I am noticing that I have small white pimples , I haven t had sex for a year, the last time I did I had protection and no problem. I am very active and play alot of soccer and sweat alot, would the pimples occurring on my penis be because I sweat alot?
