Suggest Remedy For Pimples

It has been 5 yrs now & my skin is habitual of betnovate n but just few days back someone told me to leave this? So, m not using it on my skin from last 1 week but my skin is irritating me & i got so many pimples also. Wht to do now? how to avoid using this is there any option for me to get rid of pimples and everthing plz let me know

Hi,

Betnovate N cream you applied on face is a potent steroid,and it should be avoided completely as it may cause serious side effects like atrophy, depigmentation,milia,acneiform eruptions.. etc. you have acne at present most probably due to steroid. For acne lesions, take isotretinoin 10 mg daily and apply clindamycine with adapalene gel daily at night.Avoid stress,sun exposure, anxiety,sleeplessness, oily food, drugs like steroid,iodine and INH..etc.I hope you may become alright.
