Suggest Remedy For Pimples

Hello my name is Kinza and I am 19 year old ,my height is 5 foot 4 inch . My weight is 46.6 kg . My problem is that 4 months back I was on sea side suddenly on my right cheek .... It started itching and the next morning I saw red red small pimples .... In my opinion I think it's an allergy and when I consulted doctor he gave me some allergic tablet Bt that did not help me out and those pimples are becoming worst and worst !!!

Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern..

As per your complain there is a possibility that it is not an allergic reaction but Acne Vulgaris or pimples that can occur due to number of reasons like Hormonal imbalance,oily skin, bacterial infection, inflammation etc..
I would suggest you to start washing your face with salicylic acid containing facewash..
Apply benzoyl peroxide gel in combination with Clindamycin gel..
Apply Adapelene gel at night..
Do cool compresses over the face..
Take multivitamin supplements..
In case if there is no improvement in 2 to 3 weeks consult a Dermatologist and get evaluated and he can do a thorough clinical evaluation and also test you for allergies so that treatment can be planned accordingly..
In case of allergies anti -allergy treatment along with Immunotherapy can help..
In case of acne oral antibiotics like Clindamycin or Minocycline , retinoids like Isotretinoin and treatments like Microdermabrasion can be advised..
