Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..
I have gone through your query and can understand your concern..
As per your complain there is a possibility that it is not an
allergic reaction but Acne Vulgaris or pimples that can occur due to number of reasons like Hormonal imbalance, oily skin, bacterial infection, inflammation etc..
I would suggest you to start washing your face with salicylic acid containing facewash..
Apply
benzoyl peroxide gel in combination with Clindamycin gel..
Apply Adapelene gel at night..
Do cool compresses over the face..
Take multivitamin supplements..
In case if there is no improvement in 2 to 3 weeks
consult a Dermatologist and get evaluated and he can do a thorough clinical evaluation and also test you for allergies so that treatment can be planned accordingly..
In case of allergies anti -allergy treatment along with Immunotherapy can help..
In case of acne
oral antibiotics like Clindamycin or Minocycline , retinoids like Isotretinoin and treatments like
Microdermabrasion can be advised..
Hope this information helps..
Thanks and regards.
