Suggest Remedy For Pimples,dryness And Darkening Of Skin

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here... Thanks! My name is Diana, age 28, Ht. 5 feet 4 inches, wt. 55kg, female, India. My skin is not healthy, I had got too many pimples over face, one of the skin specialist Doctor advised to use Clop with a crea that had no name on the bottle and then suggested to use Lobate with the same cream without name. But after I stopped using the cream, as I was finding them filled with chemicals, and was not satisfied, then my face stated getting many pimples, a kind off swelling, dryness, darkening. At present I am taking a treatment to cure it from Homeopathy, the homeopathy doctor suggested me to stop the usage of steroid right away. What are your opinions on this? Thanks again. Diana

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain the symptoms of swelling, dryness and pigmentation or darkening seems to be due to side effect of the ointments that you were using as both are steroid ointments and caused severe side effects..
For pimples and skin darkness start washing your face with Salicylic acid and glycolic acid containing facewash, apply benzoyl peroxide and clindamycin containing gel and do cold compresses over face..
Exfoliate your skin twice a week and limit sun exposure..
Drink plenty of water, take a home cooked nutritious diet and avoid oily and junk food..
For darkening of skin apply kojic acid, glycolic acid and azelic acid containing creams and you can also go for glycolic acid peeling and microdermabrasion..
