Suggest Remedy For Pink Colour Skin With Burning And Itching Beside Scrotum

hello sir, i am from india, in some day i am suffering from skin problem in legpit region beside scrotum. a pink colour skin with eaching and burning sensation, dry skin tear out and live pink colour skin, on both inner thigh part and scrotum skin both, i looked for homeopathy , it cured but again it reapear, plz guide us wht to do either go with homeopathy or allopathy,

Tab- Fexofenadine 120 mg 1 x 5 days
Tab Zincovit-x 10 days
Good hygiene of the private parts would prevent this ringworm,which recurs due to warm and damp conditions in the peri-scrotal and groin area.
