Suggest Remedy For Pins And Needles In Fingers With Osteophytic Disc

hello there i have had an mri scan i have stenosis at c4/5 due to the osteophytic disc and wear and tear on l3/4 and 5/6 started getting pins and needles in fingers legs having falls is this normal today id the first day been able to walk for a week would appericate any advise
