Suggest Remedy For Pins And Needles On Leg

I fell on my left thigh 9 years ago, was told at the time it would ease in time infact it never has. I get numbness and pins and needles, it has become nuch worse of late. I cannot lie on the leg at all and it even hurts when I lie on the right side. I am at the end of my tether, please can u help?
