Suggest Remedy For Planter Faciatis

i m 35 years old, since last two years i m suffering from heel pain. i have contacted doctors, as per them i m having planter faciatis. i have tried ointments, pain killers and all types of hot and cold water remedies.. my weight is 58 kg and i m 5'3" tall.
