Suggest Remedy For Plaque On The Pockets Of Tonsils
I have plaque that builds up on pockets of my tonsils.. My throat culture is negative. Non-the less I at times feel a little weak when it occurs.. Usually happens when i have a cold, or feel like im coming down with something.. any remedies or suggestions.. Thanks

The tonsils in our throat has many crypts or depressions . The food we eat get filled up in the crypts and cause tonsillar infection.
The best way is to gargle your mouth with hydrogen peroxide , it has superoxide ions which will help in cleaning the throat . it has no other chemical , and is harmless.
These crypts if remain clean then would not allow tonsillar infection.
