Suggest Remedy For Plugs/white Spots On Nose

I am taking 80mg accutane, and I am about 30 days in. I have recently developed lots and lots of tiny white plugs on my nose, and about 7 days ago, I decided to use my nails to remove these white plugs from my nose. The ones I successfully removed have now left tiny holes in places where they used to be. My question is whether or not these holes will completely cover up, and how long that usually is.

Hi,

Well, it looks like you had large white heads and as you removed them from the pores it has led to open empty pores.

Well, the pores can get plugged again with dust and debris leading to recurring whiteheads and blackheads. There can also be infection leading to pimples.

So my suggestion is to scrub your face and nose twice a week with a face scrub. Rub ice as it helps in shrinkage of the pores. Use Salicylic acid containing facewash. Avoid dirt accumulation on the face.
