Suggest Remedy For Popping And Soreness In Shoulder Bone

i think i may have dislocated my shoulder. if i did its back in place now. i have limited movement and my collar bone doesnt feel right and my shoulder doesnt look right. it also pops when i move it. should i go see a doctor? or just leave it to get better on its own.
