Suggest Remedy For Popping Knee After Knee Dislocation

about 2 years ago i dislocated my knee breakdancing, ive always had knee problems i guess because i use to rollerblade and bang up my knees pretty bad, but anyways since ive dislocated my knee it pops out here and there but just pops back in and gets really swole! but lately it hasnt popped out but sometimes when i do physical activities like breakdancing or playing football, basketball, etc i sort of feels like it moves out of place but doesnt come out completely
