Suggest Remedy For Popping Of Bones In Shoulder And Pain In Forearm

I fell off the shelf at work and went to catch myself with my right arm and had it up over my head and put all my weight on it. Now I hear bones popping in the shoulder but I can still move the arm, just not without an intense pain. I have a little tingleing in my fingers and pain in my forearm. What should I do to try and atleast ease the pain?
