Suggest Remedy For Post Natal Foul Smelling Vaginal Bleeding

I gave birth to my son 3 months ago. it was a normal delivery. everything went perfect. no complications with him or me. 3 weeks after giving birth i had an IUD inserted. i was still bleeding from having a baby at the time. the problem is im still bleeding. its not the same kind of bleeding, its more red than brown or pink like it used to be. its very light but its a real inconvenience to my love life. also ive now been suffering from vaginal odor. could this be serious, or is it normal after having a baby?
