Suggest Remedy For Premature Ejaculation And Burning Sensation In Urethra

I m in 45 years age since 32 years I was frequently masturbated and entercourses to fullfil the desire and satisfations. but since 8 years i am suffring following symptoms brblems, 01- premature ejaculation, discharged within 1-2 seconds. 02- timly minor burning & itching sansation in urethra. 03- timly numness in non erect penis during sleep. 04- ever presing pain inside pelvic floor/ uretor region. 05- feeling week/fever after every ejaculation.

Hello,
Thanks for putting your query on HCM.
I have gone through your case and completely understand what you are going through.
For premature ejaculation if similar patient visits me I would like to start paroxetine controlled release 12.5 mg at night for 6 months before tapering down and if needed I may go upto 25 mg which usually treats situation.If paroxetine doesnt help other good alternative is Dapoxetine 30 mg.
For irritation and burning in urine,which suggest either water deficiency or infection, I would have advised my patient to drink plenty of water(1.5 to 2 lts/day) or if needed started with antibiotic like levofloxacin 500 mg for 5 days.
Pain and feeling of weakness would be taken care of by paroxetine as it is a good anxiolytic too!
