Suggest Remedy For Premature Ejaculation

Hi doctor
Im having premature ejaculation.i tried alot of method for avoiding this like start and stop method, condoms, changing position etc. But the result is same as earlier and my wife hasn't get any feeling from sex. Plz give me a solution for my problem. Plz suggest if there is any medicine for curing this.

I have gone through your query.As you have gone through all main techniques like condoms changing position and start stop method you should get a consultation with psychiatrist for medication like antidepressants which may help.You can try condom with anesthetic which may help before that.Behavioral therapy can be taken also.SSRIs like Chlomipramine paroxetine are usually prescribed for this.Dapoxetine which is a short acting SSRI which can be used in need also.If you dont get a strong erection then phosphodiesterase inhibitors like sildenafil will help you.Hope this may help you.
