Suggest Remedy For Premature Ejaculation
I am 65 year and at young age I used to do often masturbation Over my years I could not satisfy my wife as I get quick ejaculation and my penis does not get a chance to penetrate her sex. How can I keep ejaculation late and keep pennis strong . Now its like a cotton bud !

It is common to develop sexual dysfunction with advancing age. First of all I would like to tell you that masturbation has nothing to do with these problems. Masturbation is a safe and heathy practice.
I would also advise you to get your blood pressure checked. Such problems are common in hypertensive patients. Second thing that can cause sexual dysfunction at this age is chronic diabetes mellitus. Get your blood sugar checked to rule out diabetes.
If everything comes normal then visit a psychiatrist for proper treatment. If you are not on hypertensive medicines especially nitrates then for poor erection medicines like Sildenafil, Tadalafil etc can be used on SOS basis. For premature ejaculation SSRI drug especially Dapoxetine can prove useful. Consult a psychiatrist for proper prescription.
Some herbal medicines like Tantex Forte, Tantex Royal, Confido etc also have excellent roles in sexual dysfunction at your age.

It would be good to know if you're on any other medication, so that safe medicines can be advised. Your present condition of a type of premature ejaculation is not related to masturbation in your youth. One thing to realise is that with age,libido comes down and your partner may not be interested in having sex.You can try to increase the time of foreplay.If you're not taking cardiac medicines ,you can try Sildenafil tablets ,which a doctor can prescribe for you.
