I want to Know why removing penis foreskin( prepuce )
is it Help to Long drive on bed ?
I suffering on problem of short time drive ( insert the penis in women's sex part ) so many time I was decided today defenatly I will fuck lang time But i won.t. thats way i desided to remove my penis foreskin.
because I was feel at short drive time the penis under head the skin & nerve pulling the bottom of the Head of penis this reason I feel shortly sperm will come out. so thats way i want to cut the nerve.
is it possible?
is it safe?
is it the solution for me?

Viagra is quite effective to deal with ED. You can also try some topical anaesthetics like lidocaine that have numbing effects to treat premature ejaculation but be careful they do have side effects. They are applied locally 10-15 minutes before sex to help delay ejaculation. Do rehular pelvic exercises & pause - squeeze technique.
