Suggest Remedy For Premature Ejaculation
I am 26 year old. I am unmarried i am suffering from 8 or 10 year before some time i habitual for hand practices
1- Dear sir i am suffering from many sex problem such as when i think about sex then my penis stand perfectly but after 30 second continuously semen leakage(first stage of semen such as lasila taral padarth) from the penis. if penis stand for 40 min or 60 min then the taral padarth leakage for continuously 40 or 60 min.
2-Premature ejaculation (my stopped of the semen is only 2 min. after 2 min my penis has down)
3-My third problem is night fall in one week 2 or 3 time nightfall happens.
So sir i am requesting to u that please give me information about this problem & tell me how should be cure.

1)Night emission is very common at the age of adolescence and nothing to be worried about .It will get resolved without any treatment over a period of year.
2) What you think as a premature ejaculation is not premature ejaculation but it is early ejaculation due to sexual stimulation .Premature ejaculation is a term referred to ejaculation within one minute of vaginal penetration while having intercourse with female partner.It is not applicable to other sexual acts like masturbation .
3) Secretion that you get his excessive secretion of mucus by mucosal glands located in urethra which get stimulated by sexual thoughts or audio visual sexual stimuli like watching porn and nude pictures.
All these issues will get resolved and no active intervention is required.
