First of all this is not the disease that can be treated in hospital or with any expert, but this is kind of condition and your over excitement, over consciousness, apprehensiveness could be the reason for this, stop thinking that you are going to ejaculate now prior to coitus this memory works well here, be patience at the time of coitus, take your own time, everything would be fine soon, have a nice day.
