Age 47, weight 57 Kg. Height 5'7" Indian
Present problem of premature ejaculation
Medical History: Gone CABG in 2007, taking pills of high BP, (losar 50 1 BD, Betaloc 1 BD,Depalatte A 150 1 OD). patient of Hypentension/depression & taking Trika 50 before sleep.

In my opinion you need to be first evaluated for presence of depressive symptoms as stated by you. Trika is sleeping pill and not an antidepressant and if depressive symptoms are present than you need treatment for the same. Your problems of premature ejaculation may be related to you
