Suggest Remedy For Premature Graying Of Hairs

Hi doctor I m Sushank from New Zealand My question is I have a lot of white hairs my head hairs more than 80 % white it s started happen when I was 15 years old now m 23 .but m more worried now because now m start having white hairs in my beard as well from last couple of months I went to my family doctor but he wasn t that helpful he told me that my white hairs will come back but that never happen every month I have more and more white hairs . My mum and dad never had This problem so m pretty sure it s not genetic . Pls help me if you m really worried Thanks

Hi

Premature graying of hair can occur due to autoimmune disease, nutritional deficiency ,stress or excessive use of harmful chemicals. Complete blood count should be taken.Complete reversal of graying may not be possible if genetic reason is the cause. Multivitamin supplements ,increased intake of antioxidant rich food,avoiding smoking and stress can reduce white hair.
