Suggest Remedy For Pressure In Head Along With Tightness In Chest

Hi, I have pressure in my head along with tightness in my chest I have started taking over the counter meds for it but they do not seem to help and honestly I am trying to avoid a doctors visit. I do have allergies and excercise enduced asthma. what can i do. I am 21, 5'6 roughly 120
