Suggest Remedy For Pressure In Right Side Of Head

I am 40 years old and I've had increasing pressure on the right head of my head for months now. I've had a cold on and off since just before Christmas but what really worries me most is the fact that 2 nights ago I woke up at 5am and vomited. I went to the doctor yesterday and he said I have a viral infection and prescribed ciprofloxacin. The pressure in my head really bothers me. It also affects my ears but the doctor said they are clear. My grandfather died with a brain hemorragy.
