Suggest Remedy For Pressure In The Shoulder Blades

I am feeling an uncomfortable pressure between the lower part of the shoulder blades, making it sometimes difficult to fall asleep.
What's more I just got a job as a cashier so it's just going to get worse.
I am 19 years old, weigh 60kg and am around 1m76 (I don't know lbs and feet, but I'm basically thin and mid-height)
I recently took up swimming.
