Suggest Remedy For Pricking Sensation Under The Armpit

I have a pricking sensation under my left armpit but below it. It actually feels like i am being pricked with a sharp pin. This occurs off and on, not constantly. it feels as if a sharp pin is tuck in my clothes and is pricking my skin. this has been on going for a few weeks no. What could it be?
