About a week ago i noticed a red bump on my testicles with some clear liquid on the outside. The next day, the bump had hardened over. A few days later, i started feeling a prickly sensation on my inner thighs like i had just shaved them, but i hadn't. now the bump is gone, but the prickly feeling remains. what is this?
