Hi,

All your symptoms suggest the problem with respiratory system wherein it is very important to have clinical evaluation, an actual respiratory examination, investigations like X-ray chest and pulmonary function tests along with relevant tests of blood.

The most probable cause I can think of are as follows:
- Allergic pharyngitis with edema giving you the feeling of lump if throat and thus dryness too
- Allergic reactions give the same symptoms and the breathlessness
If these symptoms are recent then it is important to have tests for COVID-19 too.

All these will give a proper diagnosis so that a specific treatment an be given on prescription basis.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. T. Chandrakant, General Surgeon
