Suggest Remedy For Problem In Eyelid

I have this hair growth on my upper eye lid(water line). It s just one hair.i usually pluck it with a plucker.iam doing this from past 7 years. From past few weeks i am feeling little twitching and little lump kind of a thing.its not paining but i feel uncomfortable when I blink my eyes.i don t know what it is exactly?
