I have a problem with my left ear, it s not really painful but it feels weird, when I close the ear flap it swishes, all docs I saw can t see anything and tell me I m fine, it s not a constant pain but I m a little dizy at times, been going on now for weeks? Any ideas, thank you.
As per your clinical history it appears that you are having tinnitus with slight dizziness. If I were your treating doctor, I would advice you investigation like Pure tone audiometry & impedence audiometry to know hearing level & pressure inside your ear.
I would advice you Steam Inhalation twice daily till investigation done.
Here my suggestion is that you should consult your ENT doctor for thorough examination, necessary investigations and treatment.
hello, thanks for ur query, ear is connect by nose by et ( eusthacian tube) , whenever this tube blocked ( cold, flu, sinusitis, allergy) u feel ear block sensation,pain and dizziness. u can start decongestant tab. xyzal- d ( levocitrizine+ pseudoephidrine) one tab ya bed time for7 days, xylometazoline nasal drops 3 drops/ 3 time/1 week. valsalva manoere ( watch utube ) , chew chewing gum can be tried ,all d best. take care.
