Suggest Remedy For Problem In Pregnancy

Hi,I am now 15 days late on my periods. My lmp was on may 28th.i have done two urine tests.one on 3rd july which gave a faint positive line and on 4th I did beta hcg which gave 159.1.My gynec did another urine test on yesterday which also gave a faint line again. She asked me to wait again for next 10 days and do another test.And am having duphaston, aspirin and folic acid.I am really confused. Is this normal or am I having any complications??

Hello,
I have gone through the query and understood the concern. Since you have had consistently positive home pregnancy tests and a positive titre in the blood test, the next thing to do is to go for a trans-vaginal sonogram to confirm the pregnancy, know the age of gestation, viability and the location of the gestation sac. You can continue with the prescribed medication as they are good. You can also get serial serum beta-hCG titres if you have any suspicion. Doubling titres every 2-3 days indicates good progress in the pregnancy. Hope this helps.
