Hello, and I hope I can answer your question.

An infection of your urine can only harm you or your baby if you don't take your antibiotics. Bladder infections, if they are not treated, can spread to the kidneys and even into your blood, and that can make it necessary to keep you in the hospital for treatment. You should finish all your medication and when you see your prenatal care provider again, they should test your urine to make sure the infection is gone. But for now, the infection in your bladder, as long as you take your medicine and it goes away, will not harm you or the baby.

I hope this was helpful and answered your question. Take care, and best of luck with your pregnancy.
