Problem is this...My sister is 3 months pregnant now after a long wait of 11 years.. one doctor said the baby growth is not good and she couldn't sound the baby heart beart. and suggested for abortion..I would like to know what I can do...?

you should get a transvaginal ultrasound done and see for heartbeat and growth of baby.
in case of no heartbeat you will need to terminate the pregnancy
