Im 21yrs old.dis my 33rd week of pregnancy.Dr. told my tube is down dat d baby is coming little down n im carrying a very small babe.pre pregnancy i was 48kg nw im 57kg n 153cm height.isnt my weight gain en0f.w0t l b my baby s weigh.is der any chance of preterm labour.w0t shud i do nw.im quiet tensed.

Don't worry much. stay calm.
very small baby indicates intrauterine growth retardation. in case of IUGR once the baby is viable, even if it is preterm labour it is welcoming. because once the baby is viable baby can survive better out of womb. intrauterine growth retardation suggests that baby is not comfortable inside. you can not interfere with anything. just keep in touch with gynecologist in case of any emergency.
