Suggest Remedy For Profuse Sweating And Fatigue

I suddenly feel tired , lose control of body and start sweating, did master health check up recently and all results are normal. there is no exact time when this will happen some times in day and some times in night. some days I am normal. I take pill for BP and acidity. shown to many specialist like gastro, diabetic, endocrinologist, neurologist and still there is no exact diagnosis for my problem. please help regards
