Suggest Remedy For Prolapse And Headaches After Orgasm

Hi I wonder if you might have some answer to what I pretty sure is a prolapse, not a very severe one, what I am conserned about that it has a dark red spot in the middle of it ans id slowly getting bigger is much like a herd blood blister. I cannot partake in any kind of sexual activity with my husband as it aches so much after, also I get blinding headaches if I orgasm. I hope you can help me. I have seen a specialist and was told just not to have sex. Thank you so much for taking the time and mayby come up with a suggestion as what I could do. warm regards.
