Suggest Remedy For Prolonged Bloating And Constipation Problems

For the past several months, I ve been feeling very bloated, I ve never had much of a stomach but lately my stomach feels swollen most of the time... Also, when I eat, I feel very full! I ve always had constipation issues, so I take Aloe Vera everyday. I m on the upper end (I think anyway) of menopause.......I am 59 years old. Thank you

Hello,

As you explain your symptoms, it might be from your diet you are taking. Just try to avoid the foods that you can feel do bad to you. If after you are the same than you should see your doctor for probably further follow up.
