Suggest Remedy For Racy Heart During Pregnancy

I am 24 wks pregnant. I have had a lot of stress the past two months and today I woke up to my 2 year old screaming once again for hours on end. Since getting myself worked up and stressed out and anxious my heart hasn t stopped racing I am calm but still feel very hyped.. My chest hurts my head hurts and my stomach hurts.
